A program for indigenous and non-indigenous youth at risk to learn construction skills. This was part of an initiative to build a vertical log cabin from beetle kill pine, with funding from Services Canada, Western Economic Diversification and the Southern Interior Development Initiative Trust. The whole community got behind the program and celebrated youth achievement with us. Some very sturdy picnic tables were constructed and sold by the program participants.
