The Salmon Launch was a three part cultural arts initiative: Youth from a skills link program created wooden salmon cutouts and the community participated in a series of salmon painting workshops with artist Jaime Seward. The Salmon were launched into the Shuswap river from the Enderby bridge and raced to the Boat launch, with prizes for the first three and the last salmon over the line.
